Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 March 2026
These Terms & Conditions explain how Festivia.co.uk operates and the rules that apply when you use our website.
Festivia.co.uk is operated by NOLVIA VENTURES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16995958, with registered office at 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Festivia.co.uk.
By using this website or contacting us through the contact methods shown on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
These Terms apply to your use of the website and our initial enquiry process only. If you decide to proceed with Festivia’s services, any confirmed event planning, sourcing, coordination, supplier booking support, payment terms, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and service scope may also be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, agreement, booking confirmation, or supplier terms provided to you directly.
2. About Festivia
Festivia is an enquiry-led celebration planning, sourcing, and coordination business. We help clients explore, plan, coordinate, and arrange celebration-related services, which may include venues, décor, entertainment, catering, styling, staffing, photography, videography, and other event-related elements depending on the brief.
Festivia.co.uk does not currently operate as an instant online booking platform or automated checkout marketplace unless we clearly state otherwise.
3. Our website role
The website is intended to provide information about Festivia’s services and allow potential clients to contact us about an event or celebration.
Using the website or sending an enquiry does not guarantee availability, acceptance, supplier confirmation, pricing, or a binding booking.
Any service we provide is subject to review of your requirements, availability, suitability, location, timing, budget, and, where relevant, separate written confirmation.
4. Enquiries and quotations
When you contact us, we may gather information about your event, priorities, budget, preferred location, and the type of support you need.
Any ideas, estimates, indicative prices, availability checks, mood direction, or preliminary supplier suggestions provided during the early enquiry stage are for discussion purposes only unless and until they are confirmed in writing as part of a formal proposal, quote, or agreement.
Quoted prices may change before confirmation if there are changes in supplier pricing, venue availability, guest numbers, scope, dates, travel, staffing, timing, or other event requirements.
We may decide not to proceed with an enquiry if the request is outside our service scope, unavailable, unsuitable, incomplete, unrealistic, or otherwise not workable from an operational, legal, or commercial perspective.
5. Third-party venues and suppliers
As part of our enquiry, planning, or coordination process, we may identify, suggest, introduce, or communicate with venues, caterers, decorators, entertainers, photographers, videographers, stylists, transport providers, staffing providers, or other suppliers relevant to your event.
Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, this does not mean we own, control, employ, insure, or guarantee those third parties.
Third-party venues and suppliers may have their own pricing, terms, availability, cancellation rules, insurance requirements, access rules, and operating policies. Where a third-party supplier is involved in your event, their own terms may also apply.
We are not responsible for a third-party venue’s or supplier’s acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, availability issues, pricing changes, service failures, or policy decisions, except to the extent caused directly by our own negligence or breach of contract.
6. No confirmed booking through the website alone
Using the website or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed event booking or a full service contract.
A booking or service arrangement will only be treated as confirmed when we clearly confirm this in writing and, where applicable, any required deposit, payment, signed agreement, or supplier confirmation has been completed.
7. Deposits, payments, cancellations, and changes
Any deposit requirement, payment schedule, cancellation terms, change fees, rescheduling terms, refund position, or supplier-related payment conditions will be set out in the relevant written quote, proposal, agreement, booking confirmation, or supplier documentation where applicable.
Where third-party venues or suppliers are involved, their cancellation, amendment, refund, or payment rules may affect the overall position and may apply in addition to our own terms.
8. Your responsibilities
By using Festivia.co.uk or contacting us, you agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
- you are authorised to make the enquiry and discuss the event arrangements;
- you will provide relevant details needed for us to assess your request;
- you will review any proposal, quotation, agreement, and supplier information carefully before confirming anything;
- you will obtain any permissions, consents, or approvals that are your responsibility in connection with the event; and
